As always the entire staff was very pleasant and courteous. The waiting room is very comfortable, even though I have yet to wait more than a few minutes. My comfort and well being is always a high priority with Dr. Brown and his assistants. When finished, the front office staff shows the same concern and courtesy. I'm always treated like a friend or relative when I visit Dr. Brown's office! Fantastic customer service! Keep up the great work! Thanks! |
